5. Order and Payment
All sales are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customizable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivid Ship Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Products purchased from our Site.
