1.Customizable Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customizable products once an order has been placed and the design has been confirmed. Please ensure that you carefully review your design elements, including text and images, before submitting your order. 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  • Include clear photographs of the defective or damaged item in your email. This will help us assess the issue faster.
  • Once we confirm the defect or damage, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item or we may offer you a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for: 

  • Custom designs where the customer provided their own design elements.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

4. Shipping Costs

If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
